As you shall note, I added a new skin for the site. Not only does it give the site a new look and feel but I believe that it makes everything easier to view for the members. All of the forums are led by a hot Mexican chili pepper with the likelihood that many of the chilis are of different varieties of color. This is what the different colors represent:

For those of you that want to keep the previous skin for viewing simply go to the bottom of the page and click where it says 7 Sins and change it back to TJA Retro.
There are still a few bugs to iron out but its close enough to go with at this point.

Military colors... green and olive and deep blues... Makes me think of Army, Marines and Navy.

pretty cool, but it needs tweaking to work with my bookmarked view today's active content that looks looks kinda weird in 7 sins.

I like the new skin, but I don't see where the chili peppers are?
And is "quick reply" not available anymore. That seems to be different than before. You used to just have a box that you could click in and add a quick reply iirc.
Meh, it still works fine for me, chilis or not. One thing is, can you make it so that you can hit view new content and it shows all new content from all subforums? Maybe that wouldn't be the best way to do that, but it's sort of a pain to be in a subforum or in the gallery  , and have to back up to main forum and then click "view new content". Maybe that ONLY happens in the Gallery. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Just a suggestion anyway; it's not all that hard to click one extra button  . I mean, I just did it to add that silly penguin for no reason. I guess I end up clicking 3 or 4 extra buttons when I forget to back up to main forum before clicking "view new content". I had to hit a bunch of buttons just to type this post, so maybe you should just ignore the whole thing and forget I even mentioned it...
EDIT: Forget the part about FAST REPLY. It does seem to work as before in some threads/topics. Maybe you just have to make a post in that topic before the FAST REPLY becomes available?? I really wish I never made this post. THe amount of time I have wasted is far greater than any timesavings from the stuff I mentioned...just shoot me now..lol..

Another quick note..I increase the Avatar size to 150x150. The new system has a bigger container box for avatars pictures.

Click the forum index and look to the left.
The only forum that doesn't allow for Fast Reply is this Announcement forum. That is by design.

It looks nice. But my saved password no longer works. It worked on all previous iterations. I use IE8.

Yes, I was wondering the same thing as I`m also using IE8 at least for this particular site.

yea, Safari isn't saving them either.
I like the daring colors. they're competing a little bit with the chica logo but not too badly.
If you can center the logo and shrink the user control panel access in the upper right, then move the VivaMex to left justify, the presentation would balance.

I'm guessing I am not the only one that had the color scheme just change without changing any settings. Pretty loud, but kid of cool.
